Dal Baati or Daal Bhaati Recipe
Ingredients for bhati:
Wheat flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Ajwen half tsp
Oil 1/3 cup
Method:
Knead into a hard dough with all this. Make in to small balls and keep it for 10 mins. Then bake in a pre heated oven for 40 mins until done. It will crack from center. Then dip each ball in hot melted ghee and keep aside. Serve with daal to be dipped in daal and eaten.
