Ingredients:
Small Potatoes 1 kg
Tomato Puree 1 cup
Chopped Almonds 0
Fresh Cream ½ cup
Lemons 4
Chopped Green Chilies 4
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
Black Pepper Corn 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Jaggery ½ tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method:
• Wash the potatoes and boil them for 5-10 minutes.
• In a pan, add in oil and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown.
• Then remove the oil and add in tomato puree.
• Add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, ½ tbsp jiggery and some salt. Cook it and add in fried potatoes.
• Add in 1 tbsp crushed black pepper.
• Add in chopped green chilies and lemon juice. Cook it.
• In the end, add in almonds and fresh cream. Serve hot with chapatti.
