INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chopped pumpkin blanched and cubed
3/4 cup cherry pie filling soaked and cooked
1/2 cup chopped ripe Cantaloupe blanched and sliced
1/2 cup chopped spinach cubed
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 cup broccoli chopped
For Dressing:
1 tsp avocados
3 boiled pasta finely chopped
1 tbsp avocadoes finely chopped
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp bean sprouts
beet (red and yellow if available)
