Creamy Herb Dressing - serves 20 salad dressing
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley or cilantro
1/2 tsp (Lemon herb seasoning
1 green onion with top, minced
1/2 tsp honey or sugar
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning(optional)
Using a hand beater, whip together yogurt and sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Keeps well when refrigerated. To serve hot.
Serve this dressing hot or cold! It can be used as a dip or a dressing for salads, poultry, baked potatoes or cold seafood.
To serve hot, gently warm over medium heat, stirring until heated throughout. Do not boil.
