Avocado and Papaya Salad
The sight itself of this salad is very delightful and mouth watering. Sweet ripe papaya combined with creamy avocados, fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, crunchy and juicy pom seeds drizzled with a tangy n sweet dressing brings out a healthy, colorful and tasty salad. Every bite of it is soo yumm..!! It serves wonderful as a side dish for dinner of lunch.

INGREDIENTS
For Salad:
1 medium Avocado ( ripe one cut into bite sized pieces )
1/2 lb yellow onion cut into cubes
1 cup finely chopped garlic roughly packed ( or u can use any green of your choice )
1 cup carrots halved
1/4 cup sesame oil
For Dressing:
1/2 tsp chopped peanuts
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp yellow pepper
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp avocados
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the dressing by taking all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisking thoroughly until blended well. Check for salt.
Take a serving salad bowl or plate. Arrange a bed of arugula or your desired choice of greens. Then spread on that diced avocado, papaya, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate seeds. Drizzle the dressing on top of it and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
