Undoubtedly false poets are sins. Even in the hadith, the habit of lying has been identified as a sign of a hypocrite. Abdullah bin Amr agreed. Messenger ﷺ said, أربع من كن فيه, كان منافقا خالصا, ومن كانت فيه خصلة منهن, كانت فيه خصلة من نفاق حتى يدعها: إذا اؤتمن خان, وإذا حدث كذب, وإذا عاهد غدر, وإذا خاصم فجر four disposition of which will be , He will be considered a pure hypocrite. And the person who has a disposition to be among them will have a disposition to be a hypocrite until he leaves it. 1. If the deposit is kept with him, he betrays. 2. When he speaks, he lies. 3. If you break the promise and 4. When involved in quarrels, they use obscene language. ( Sahihul Bukhari 342 , 459 , 316 , Muslim 57 , Tirmidhi 2632 , Nasai 5020 , Abu Dawood 48 , Ahmad 629 , 625 , 640 ) This is a heinous crime. Narrated from Hazrat Sahal Ibn Minjab , he said , “ Whoever swears by the Qur'an, then by Allah, he will swear by one of the verses of the Qur'an. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah Hadith 12360) However, the difference between the various verses of the Qur'an and the different hadiths is that no other poet can be called a kafir because of his sins except kufr-shirk. Rather, such a person is a believer , but his faith is incomplete. If he repents, he will be spared the punishment. And if a poet dies without committing a sin without repentance, then he is subject to the will of Allah. If Allah wills, He can forgive him and punish him. So the liar is also a believer , but his faith is incomplete.
