Alhamdulillah. One: Imam Muslim narrates from Imran bin Husain (R) that the Prophet ( peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said : He does not seek healing with hot flesh , but relies on God. " It has been narrated from Ibn Abbas (R) in Sahih Muslim (Hadith 220): Scholars have ruled that this is a mistake on the part of the narrator. Correct being "doesn't want to scrub". Shaykh al-Islam ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He did not say , " They do not blow the trumpet", although it is quoted in one of the narrations of Sahih Muslim ; But that is wrong. Because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) blew himself and he blew others ; But he did not want to be scolded by anyone. Because the seeker of scrubbing: the seeker of prayers to others ; On the other hand, the one who blows the whistle is the one who prays for the other . " And the blower: the benefactor , the benefactor of others. [End] [Al-Mustadrak ala Majmoo 'Fatawa Ibn Taymiyyah (1/18)] Because لَا يَسْتَرْقُونَ means: They do not ask others to do rukiya (sweeping). On the other hand , if someone scolds himself or scolds someone else: there is nothing wrong with that. Two: If we listen to Rukia through cassette , mobile or any other device, our preferred opinion is: it will not be included in asking for a blow. Listening to Rukia in this manner is God willing. Many people have benefited from this. Although it is better for the person to read the Qur'an himself or someone else to read it to him. Sheikh bin Baz (R) has issued a fatwa that if Surah Bakbara is read on the radio, it will drive the devil out of the house . [Majmoo Fatawas Sheikh Bin Baz (24/413)] Allah is All-Knowing.
