[b] Legi [/ b] Hi, I am a girl and I am almost 20 years old, I weigh 51.5 kg and I measure 173 cm. I have to gain a little (about 55-56 kg), but let me gain everything on fats - it would be easy that :)) .. well .. I try to strengthen at home with my own weight. My goal is not to gain too much optics, but to gain weight and get to a healthy normal. Like I said, I don't just want to get fat, but also somehow gain a few muscles at the same time and strengthen what it gives :) I wanted to ask about the diet. How necessary are protein supplements? And also about carbohydrates. Now it costs me some 215-230g / day. I don't eat much of them in the evening - more like pumpkins, beets, corn in meals and such. I also omit sweet dishes - in addition to the fruit, which I eat with breakfast about 100-150g. Since I don't do aerobic exercise in any way - only twice a week, I omit just those simple sugars. That is my second question. Is it okay to eat fruit in the afternoon? What about sweetened things? Is it a pity to have sponge cakes with a SWEETED pudding in the morning? or some healthy vizier in the afternoon like a cheesecake? I'm really quite scared of those sugars.
