answer:This answer is one I’m going to jump around at If you want big muscles then you have to literally strain your muscles every day (So they know they need to get bigger to handle the excursion you’re putting on them), in that case get heavier weights (15 or 20 pounds) and use those instead of your 10. If you want to just maintain lean muscle that’s not bulked then I recommend your current weights. In short: Heavier weights + Routine use [equal] Muscle bulk buildup (make sure to eat proteins to) Lighter weights + Routine use [equal] Muscle stability and endurance increase (Eat proteins just the same)
