answer:The amount of weight you gain or lose depends on how many calories you take in. Be at mind that calories shouldn’t be the only thing you’re concerned about. Instead of eating three big meals a day eat six small meals..this will be way more advantageous. Our bodies can only take in so many nutrients at a time, so the six small meals will help you instead of the traditional big three. Be sure to have a complete protein source at every meal because this will help your body mantain an anabolic, positive nitrogen balance state. The body will store more fat when it’s not certain of its next feeding time, lol. To do this I would plan ahead. Cook ahead of time..Cook your foods in large quantities and proportion them out later.
