Explain Wilson plot.
Wilson Plot: The Wilson plot method was developed by Wilson in 1915 to evaluate the convection coefficients in shell and tube condensers for the case of a vapour condensing outside by means of a cool liquid flow inside. It is based on the separation of the overall thermal resistance into the inside convective thermal resistance and the remaining thermal resistances participating in the heat transfer process.
