There is a locator for New Jersey Divorce Mediators at Divorce HQ. Select your county and you'll be linked to a list of mediators in your area. Try the New Jersey Mediation Group. They offer a free half an hour consultation to interested divorcing couples. The court has a roster of court approved mediators. All of them went through the court's selection and training. You can also use Google and 'shop around' until you find someone with appropriate credentials that you feel comfortable with.
