Ingredients:
Fish (boneless) 1 kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Onions 2
Green Chilies 6
Oil ½ cup
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic Paste 2 tsp
Carom Seeds ½ tsp
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Method:
· In a laughter, heat oil add fenugreek seeds and fry . When aroma comes add onions, tomatoes, crush black pepper, garam masala powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds, cardamom powder, water and cover it.
· When they are tender and little fry.
· Then add boneless fish pieces, green chilies, coriander leaves, finely chopped ginger, lemon juice let it simmer for 10 minutes and removes from the stove.
· Tawa Machli is ready.
