INGREDIENTS:
Bluefish 1 kg
Yogurt 375g
Fried Onions 1 cup
Finely Chopped Ginger, Green Chilies as required
Bay Leaves 1
Cardamom 6
Cumin 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 6
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Desiccated Coconut 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1- ½ tsp
METHOD:
Grind 375g yogurt and 1 cup fried onions in a grinder. Heat 1 cup oil and add 6 curry leaves in it. When aroma comes, then add the prepared mixture. Now add 1 bay leaf, 6 cardamoms, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp desiccated coconut and 1- ½ tsp red chili powder and cook it properly. Now add water and cook. When boil comes, then add blue fish pieces in it. Then keep it to cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the stove and add finely chopped ginger and green chilies in it.
