I'm 14 and I think at this age every girl wants to like boys but I have such a problem that I have a thick belly because it's in the family so the family calms me down so that I'm tall enough for my weight (182cm - 75kg) ... but I want to lose weight, I have been on a diet for 4 months and I do "sedylehy" on a regular basis. I'll make about 50 of them and then my back will start to hurt .. I've already written to a fitness studio if they could help me .. can you advise me? .

hello, I'm 14 too ... I measure 170cm and I lost weight easily and especially without diet! at our age it's bullshit !! continue with those chairmen ... if you have been asked, use a mat or some mat and you need a little less. and try regularly for sure - 5 times a day small portions + many different movements (skates, bike, running, etc ...);) it helped me a lot :))
