I'm 14 and I think at this age every girl wants to like boys but I have such a problem that I have a thick belly because it's in the family so the family calms me down so that I'm tall enough for my weight (182cm - 75kg) ... but I want to lose weight, I have been on a diet for 4 months and I do "sedylehy" on a regular basis. I'll make about 50 of them and then my back will start to hurt .. I've already written to a fitness studio if they could help me .. can you advise me? .
