Have you ever had a very unusual workplace?

I worked on building renovations for many years, so my workplace was basically always unusual, but my office on the 2nd floor of the building, which was almost completely demolished inside, was especially interesting. There was a system of ladders and how many times it was very exciting when the phone started ringing upstairs. There was no suitable place left on another building inside, so I had a caravan parked on the edge of a corn field, which also provided me with the necessary hygienic facilities. Do you have any similar experience? : D

Matt Groening must have been to my office when he came up with the office for Homer Simpson. the crazy red button I was in charge of is just missing. it was also a little sci-fi back then. it only lasted me a year, because my family needed money, so I moved to the labor sector, where there were also triple and higher wages. and then only during the war - I was a member of the crew of the mobile printer (printer), we printed field newspapers in the field - with photos that I had to take in the field during combat operations. but that's another topic.
