Worms affect everyone, big and small. Worms are basically a type of parasite that lives in the gut. Worms are found not only in humans but also in the bodies of other animals. Worms enter the body mainly through the skin. There are different types of worms. Yarn worms , curved worms , round worms , tapeworms. Medicines are usually taken to get rid of worms. However, there are some home remedies that can be used to get rid of worms. 1. Garlic Garlic is an anti-parasitic food that helps to get rid of worms. The amino acids in raw garlic kill stomach worms. Eat 3 cloves of garlic on an empty stomach every morning. Eat it regularly for a week. Also boil two garlic cloves in half a cup of water. Drink it on an empty stomach. Drink it for a week. 2. Coconut Coconut is very effective in eliminating stomach worms. Eat one tablespoon of coconut powder every morning for breakfast. After 3 hours, mix two tablespoons of castor oil with a glass of hot milk and drink it. You can also eat four to six teaspoons of pure coconut oil. 3. Cloves Eat 1 to 2 cloves daily. Its anti-microbial properties destroy stomach worms. It destroys not only stomach worms but also worm eggs. 4. Sweet pumpkin seeds University of Maryland Medical Center thinks that sweet pumpkin seeds are very effective in eliminating stomach worms. Boil two tablespoons of sweet pumpkin seed powder in three cups of water for 30 minutes. Try to eat on an empty stomach in the morning. Also mix one tablespoon of sweet pumpkin seed powder with equal amount of honey. Eat it on an empty stomach. Then you can eat a banana for breakfast. 5. Carrots Grate two carrots. Carrots contain beta carotene , vitamin A , vitamin C and zinc which increase immunity and kill stomach worms. . Turmeric Mix one teaspoon of raw turmeric juice with a pinch of salt. Drink it every morning on an empty stomach. You can also drink half a cup of hot water , half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Drink it for five days.
