I also have ATT and the $30 is for Internet usage I presume. You termed it a PDA plan but I’m assuming that means Internet. If it doesn’t you definitely got ripped off. The main question you need to ask yourself is whether having Internet usage on the go is worth $360 per year to you. I have the same thing but plan to drop the data pkg. ( Internet on the go) as soon as I return from a trip I’m planning. Since wireless Internet is included in my rent where I live it’s just a duplication of service for me. When I started with it back last Dec. I was in transition it was worth it to me but not now. But if you do decide to keep the data plan you may want to pay a little more for a phone and get an iPhone. That would give you maximum value of usage for that data plan.
