Answer :

I believe those who have seen me in action are confident in my ability to lead them. Whenever we had to work in committees in my marketing class, my fellow committee members always chose me to be chairperson. This answer is honest and to the point. Although he is interviewing for his first job, he is able to draw on his college experience to come up with an example.

Never Say: “I lead and others follow.” Confidence is good, but cockiness is not.
