Dear Questioner , The prohibition of alcohol is one of the parts of Islamic law which has been unique and admired from time immemorial , which is accepted by other nations with respect and which is proud of the Islamic Ummah. Wealth-rich nations and countries are now in dire straits due to the scourge of alcohol. Because of alcohol alone, millions of people in those countries and among their followers in Muslim countries are suffering from extreme diseases. Islam has warned about this long ago and has warned the people of the world. Drugs of any kind are forbidden in the eyes of Islam. More or less everything is haraam. **** is also considered as ****. It is haraam to drink ****, which is the same rule as alcohol. Drugs are forbidden in different parts of the Qur'an. In one place it has been said about alcohol : There is also a narration in the hadith that once in the case of punishing the drunkards, whipping and kicking of shoes are not left out. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) clearly said: ما أسكر كثيره فقليله حرام It is haraam to eat a small amount of something which is intoxicating. (Jame Tirmidhi 185 ; Sunan Ibn Majah 3393 ; Sunan Abu Dawood , 361) There is even a clear prohibition on keeping empty containers and bottles of liquor in the house. And the reason for imposing this ban is that the interest in the banned liquor should not be aroused due to the sight of these bottles. In the hadith, alcohol has been called the root of all obscenities. One of the ten special wills that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) bequeathed to his beloved companion, Hazrat Mu'aadh, was : Because it is the root of all obscenity. By the way , I would like to look at another issue which is not directly prevalent as a drug. At the same time, if it is not intoxicating , then if there is no other haram ingredient in these products, then there is no chance to say it is haram. Like Pepsi , Seven Up , none of these are as prevalent as drugs. And the person does not get drunk by eating these. So there is no problem in drinking these common drinks if there is no guarantee of any other haraam ingredients. However, since these have been shown to be harmful in modern scientific research, it is desirable to refrain from taking them.
