There are other types of dumbbells that can be attached to the plate as desired, you can increase or decrease the weight. If it costs one rod, it will cost 150 rupees and 100-150 rupees per kg. Cast iron plate will cost 100-110 rupees. You can buy it at any sports shop in your area. If you are in Dhaka, you can buy from the vicinity of Paltan Stadium and Mirpur Stadium.
