Normally 36 to 39 degrees centigrade or 100.4 degrees to 102.2 degrees Fahrenheit. If this is the case, the fever is felt , the body is mesmerizing. This is called low grade fever. There is nothing to be alarmed about such a fever , nor is it right to ignore it. Fever should be measured with a good thermometer for five to seven days at a time, four to five times a day, to make sure that there is no real fever. If the temperature list really shows fever during the day or night , caution should be exercised. A mild fever or low-grade fever can often be caused by warm weather , wearing heavy clothing , dehydration, or prolonged exposure to the sun. It is normal for children to get such fever when their teeth are erupting. But in many cases it can also be a symptom of serious diseases like tuberculosis , thyroid problems , various stomach complications , diabetes or cancer. This type of fever can sometimes be caused by a cold or some inflammation of the muscles or a mild infection such as urinary tract or ear-throat-tooth infection. Other symptoms need to be investigated to find the cause of the fever. These include loss of appetite , chronic cold-cough , shortness of breath , ear and throat pain , nausea and abdominal pain , weight loss , joint and muscle pain , abdominal disturbance, etc. If there are no other symptoms associated with fever, especially nausea , weight loss, etc., do not panic, get enough rest , drink enough water and eat healthy food. However, just having a fever at night is not a good sign. If the fever is chronic and there are other symptoms, proper diagnosis and treatment is needed. In that case, it is necessary to proceed step by step as per the advice of the doctor without first examining a pile. Take proper treatment by diagnosing the disease without taking unnecessary antibiotics and antipyretics.
