Check the room temperature before going to bed ( Check the thermostat) Be sure to check the room temperature before going to bed to get a good night's sleep. Just as sleep is not good in an extra hot room environment, sleeping in an extra cold room does not bring peace. Bring the room temperature to a tolerable level before going to sleep. Keep your mind calm ( sleep in bed with restlessness of mind , you can never sleep well. So before you go to bed, keep your mind calm and clear. It can calm the anxious or restless mind by thinking that if you do not sleep well at night then you may not be in a state of thinking about tomorrow and good and bad. Limit caffeine Excessive caffeine intake has the greatest effect on sleep disturbances. So drink as little coffee and tea as you can at night. It is best to refrain from drinking these at least 4 hours before bedtime. The same goes for smoking. Check your pillow position The correct position of your head will help you to sleep better. And for this it is important to sleep with the pillow in the right position. So check the position of the pillow before going to sleep. Spray a sleep-inducing scent on pillows and beds . There are some perfumes that are very effective for sleep. Such as lavender. So you can spray lavender pillows and bed sheets to give a peaceful sleep at night. Exercise ( Exercise) Just 4 hours before going to sleep, if you can do a little exercise, then you are forced to sleep well at night. So exercise a little every day to sleep comfortably. Follow a proper sleep rule ( Keep a sleep diary) and follow a proper time for sleep as much as you can. Whatever you do, you will have a good night's sleep and your body will be fine. If you follow a certain amount of sleep every day then you don't have to wait for sleep anymore, sleep will catch your eye like time. Sleep in silence Even when we are asleep, our brain stays awake. Even small noises can make him restless and disturb his sleep. So go to sleep in a noiseless environment. Don't even put the phone around. Because no matter how low the ringtone is , it sounds louder at night and wakes you up. Avoid eating just before bed at night . Eat at least 2 hours before going to bed. This will keep our food digestion process right and there will be no possibility of any stomach upset at night. Resulting in better sleep. Keep bedding as low as possible ( Keep bed clean) Keep bedding as low as you can when you go to bed. Don't go to bed with books , mobiles , laptops or any other kind of time wasted. The less things you have in bed, the more peaceful your sleep will be. Taking a hot bath ( Warm Bath) Another way to help you sleep better at night is to take a bath with hot water. If you take a short bath with hot water before going to bed at night then you are bound to have a good night's sleep. Sleep is essential for our healthy living and working day. So everyone should set aside the night only for sleep without focusing on other things at night.
