Well you should definitely consult a professional in anything that pertains to medication, but I always say try the non-drug methods first. Try relaxation techniques, exercise, taking vacations, eating healthy, or herbal remedies. Drugs do help anxiety and depression, but they're only treating the symptoms and will most likely not cure you. Try taking a deeper look into why you feel this way. Then, make up your mind to change it.
