It is not permissible to take pictures with camera without necessity. The provision of taking pictures with camera is the same. Both are completely forbidden. Because even if the instrument to do something which is not fundamentally permissible in the Shari'ah changes, its command does not change , such as drinking alcohol is haraam. The same rule applies to making **** by hand , even if it is made by machine. In the light of the Qur'an and Hadith, the Companions , the Tabein , the Tabe Tabein , the Imams of the four Madhhabs and the Haqqani Ulama have said that it is not permissible , haram and kabirah to take pictures . In particular, the ulama of the Hanafi school have a strict attitude in this regard Muftis of major madrassas and fatwa departments in the subcontinent have issued fatwas declaring photography illegal . In drawing , photographing or photography, since the attempt and audacity to adopt the similarities of Allah's creation , these have been declared as unlawful in Islamic law . In this case, whether the picture is drawn by hand or taken with a camera , it will be considered as 'Tasbir' which is prohibited in Shariah . Differences in method will not affect its nature or order However, the purpose here is by the prohibited image , the image of the creature Be it human or any other animal That is, pictures of animals, birds , living creatures , all kinds of animals are forbidden and haram. Ibn 'Abbas. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Every painter will go to Hell , and for every painting he has made a soul will be created who will be punished in the fire of Hell."
