Chicken Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken 1 ½ kg
Stock 1 liter
Eggs 2
Cream of Corn 1 small Tin
Sesame Seed Oil few drops
White Pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chicken Cube Flour 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
• Cook chicken and make small pieces of it.
• Take out 1 cup out of 1 liter stock and keep it aside.
• In remaining stock add in, 1 liter cream of corn and cook it of low flame. When it boils, add in 1 tbsp chicken cube flour, sugar, white pepper and chicken pieces and cook it. The add in oil and beat 2 eggs.
• Separately dissolve cornflour in water and mix it slowly.
• Then remove the pan from the stove.
• Add in eggs slowly, then again keep the pan in the stove.
• Add in few drops of sesame seed oil and serve.
