In natural selection organisms do something and if it doesn’t work effectively the process is reviewed and next time it is done differently. Noone can tell you what’ll work best for you in the long run! But I think it’s worth being mindufl of the fact that you can change anything in your life at any time, and you don’t have to put up with anything you don’t want to!
