Tandoori Chicken Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Lemons 3
Roasted Cumin Powder 1tsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method:
• Wash chicken and keep it in the bowl.
• Add in lemon juice, roasted cumin, red chili flakes, 1 tbsp ginger garlic Paste, 2 tbsp tandoori Masala and some salt. Keep it for ½ an hour.
• Put them in BBQ sticks and grill it.
• Serve.
