Ingredients
Chicken Breast (pieces) 8
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
White Vinegar ½ cup
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Lemons 4
Roasted & Ground Cumin 1 tbsp
Salt To taste
Oil (for frying) as required
Method:
Make few deep cuts on chicken bareast pieces and wash them properly
Marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ cup white vinegar, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp roasted and ground cumin, salt and lemon juice. Leave it for 10 minutes
Spread chicken breasts in a large pan and cook it on low flame until the water in the pan completely dries off
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the marinated chicken. Remove the chicken when it’s color turns golden.
Serve it with chili garlic sauce and French fries
