( 1) Lie on your back on the floor. Now gently lift the upper part of the body with the weight on the palm of the hand. Bend the spine and bend the head backwards as much as possible. (2) Be like a cat with folded knees , palms of hands and knees bent. Bend the head upwards and bend the back downwards. Then lower the head and bend the spine or back upwards. Do this several times after 6 seconds. (3) Sit on the floor. Spread both legs. Then try to put the nose on the right knee , without bending the knee as much as possible. Stay like this for 6 seconds. Then do the same with the legs. (4) Lie down on your back. Then with the weight on the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet, bend the body upwards and lift it, keeping the head down. Stay like this for 6 seconds. (5) Lie down straight on the floor. Bend the knees and bring the ankles to the buttocks. Then hold the ankle with the hand. Then lift the buttocks up with the waist. The head will be down. Stay like this for 10 seconds. I hope you can grow taller by doing those exercises.
