But it is better to and quicker to loose weight if you are being active along with a low calorie diet. creating a good fitness plan is easy and can contain easy exercises like 3km walk or 2km run. eating less calories then you are burning off is good and will help you loose weight, just make sure you consult your doctor before starting.
