Eggs can only be compared to eggs as a source of readily available nutrients. So whether it's at home or in the restaurant for breakfast in the morning or for lunch, a menu of eggs comes around. And in the life of bachelors, eggs are almost the 'national food' as an easy menu to cook! However, in addition to the popularity of eggs, the idea has been widely circulated for a long time that eating egg yolks can often cause harm to adults. Egg yolks are especially forbidden for those who are at risk of heart disease . It is said that the 'saturated fat' and 'high cholesterol' in egg yolks can increase the risk of high blood pressure, health problems and heart disease and stroke . But recent scientists are challenging this idea, which is prevalent all over the world. Nutritionist Liz Wolfe talks a lot about the pros and cons of eating egg yolks. According to him , the loss is more than the profit without playing egg yolk. Because , if you don't eat kusum, you will be deprived of good quality nutrition. Ulfi also discussed in detail the risk of physical harm while playing Kusum. He says that the source of saturated fat and cholesterol, the yoke, started after the research of Nikolai Anichkov in the early twentieth century. Anichkov tested this on rabbits and found that cholesterol increased the risk of heart disease. Challenging the results of the study, Liz Wolfe said , " There is no common resemblance between rabbits and the human body. And cholesterol is not a part of their diet. But that study is the basis of the propaganda about egg yolks. Later, in the 1950's, researcher Uncle Keys conducted his famous 'Seven Country Research' on Saturated Fat. Keys showed that people who took high amounts of 'animal fat' were at higher risk of heart disease. But Ulfi also claimed that his research was incomplete. In 2010, The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published a detailed analytical report on the subject. " Saturated fat is not associated with coronary heart disease , stroke or coronary vascular disease ," said the study, which was published in the results of 21 separate studies . In addition , earlier this year , Time magazine withdrew a report published in 1984 stating that eggs and other high-fat foods were harmful. About the real cause of heart disease, nutritionist Ulfi said that heart disease is caused by chronic anxiety and inflammation caused by vegetable oils and processed sugary foods. Egg yolks are also a good source of vitamin-A and vitamin-B , the nutritionist added . Vitamin A is good for the skin. Vitamin-B provides energy to the body , is beneficial for brain health and helps in muscle building. Egg yolks are also useful for pregnancy. The saturated fat in egg yolks helps in the production of essential hormones in the body and increases the body's ability to contain vitamins and minerals. If you can control the amount of total calories in the diet, even if you eat whole eggs including yolks, you will not gain weight , but it is beneficial for the body.
