: Ingredients: 250 gms of sand fish , half a cup of crushed onion , 1 tablespoon of crushed coriander leaves , half a teaspoon of green chilli , a little ginger crushed , salt to taste , half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chilli powder and mustard oil ready for frying.
