: 500 gms lentils , 500 gms mutton or chicken meat , 8 finely chopped onions , 5 cloves crushed garlic , 2 tsp coriander powder , 2 tsp cumin powder , 2 tsp chilli powder , half tsp hot spice powder , 1 bunch of crushed coriander leaves , 3 crushed tomatoes , 1 tsp turmeric powder , 3 crushed green chillies , 1 lemon juice , amount of salt , 2 tbsp ghee. Method: Pulses should be soaked in cheese for one hour. Then the water should be drained. Chicken or mutton should be cut into small pieces. Heat ghee , brown onion and garlic. Extract with turmeric , coriander , cumin , chilli , hot spice powder and lemon juice. Stir in the chicken or mutton pieces and add water like mussuri pulses , crushed coriander leaves , crushed tomatoes , crushed green chillies and quantity. Cover and simmer until everything is cooked through.
