Ingredients: Eggs and a half cup of any big fish. Boil with salt and turmeric and add water. A large boiled potato. 250 grams of cooked raw banana. One tablespoon of soy sauce. Seasoning Sauce ( Available at any shop) Four tablespoons of cornflower. Two teaspoons of salt. Half a teaspoon of chilli powder. Half a teaspoon of black pepper. Half a teaspoon of hot spices. Two tablespoons of finely chopped onion. Two tablespoons of mint leaves. The white part of the egg is a. One cup of biscuit powder. One tablespoon of lemon juice. Two teaspoons of sugar. For oil frying. Method: Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Mix all the ingredients except oil , raw chilli powder , onion and mint leaf powder , cornflower , chicken egg and biscuit powder and mix it with raw banana and potato. In a bowl, mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt and beat. Place the toast biscuit powder on another flat plate. Crush onion , green chillies and mint leaves. Then mix the raw banana , potato and fish egg mixture , onion , raw chilli and mint leaf powder and cornflower together well and mix it well and divide it into 8-10 balls separately. Apply a little oil on the palm of the hand and press it with each ball to make a cutlet shape. Dip it in the beaten egg, roll it in biscuit powder and arrange it in a tray and leave it in the fridge for two hours. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry two backs red hot and serve hot with any sauce or chutney.
