: Ingredients: 12 pieces of Patol (large size) , 1 cup of chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of hot spice powder , 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder , 1.5 teaspoons of green chilli powder , minced meat 500 gms , 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder , amount of salt , 4 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of tomatoes. Preparation: Boil the minced meat with all the bata spices , salt , chilli powder , chilli powder and 2 cups of water. Boil the minced meat and dry the water. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion. When the onion turns brown, it should be roasted well with minced meat. Stir in the tomato sauce , hot spice powder and chilli powder for 2-3 minutes. Patol should be washed well and shouted. The two sides of the patol cannot be cut. Patal should be cut vertically, beech should be taken out from it, minced meat should be filled and the slit should be closed by twisting it with yarn. For cooking: 1 1/2 cups of chopped onion , 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste, 2 tablespoons of almond paste, 1 teaspoon of hot spice powder, 1.5 tablespoons of sweet curd , 1/2 cup of ghee , 5-6 slices of green chilli , amount of salt , Ginger paste 1 teaspoon , poppy seed paste 1.5 tablespoons , onion paste 1.5 tablespoons , chilli powder 1 teaspoon , sour yogurt 1/2 cup , cream 1 cup , oil 1/2 cup. Preparation: Heat ghee and oil in a pan. Peel an onion, grate it and add 2 cups of water. When the spices are added, it should be boiled on low heat with the patols. Sometimes you have to invert the patols very gently. Mix sour curd , sweet curd , hot spice powder and chilli powder together and put it in the pot. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. As soon as the broth is reduced and the oil comes up, put it in the oven for a while with Malai and green chillies.
