Ingredients: Shrimp fried with two tablespoons of mustard oil mixed with salt (quarter spoon) and turmeric (quarter spoon). 250 grams of mustard oil , 20-25 large leaves (steamed) of mustard. Half a teaspoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of raw chilli , 2 tablespoons of cornflower, 2 tablespoons of flour , half a cup of rice powder , 1 cup of water , 1 teaspoon of crushed dried chillies , 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice , 1 piece of onion (large) , Poppy seeds quarter cup or quantity. Method: Finely chop the shrimp. Heat two tablespoons of mustard oil in a frying pan and fry with chopped onion. When it turns brown, stir in bata shrimp , a quarter teaspoon of salt , raw chilli powder and fry with half a tablespoon of lemon juice. Soak rice powder in half a cup of water for 2-3 hours beforehand. Spread poppy seeds on a plate. Make a thick batter by mixing rice powder with flour , cornflower , remaining salt , one tablespoon of lemon juice and pepper well. Fill a small piece of shrimp paste in each papaya leaf and fold it into four folds. On the other hand, heat the mustard oil in a frying pan. Dip the whole leaves in the batter, roll them in poppy seeds and fry in the dubotel.
