: Ingredients: stalks of sajna , lentils 1/2 cup , salt to taste , panchphoran a little , green pepper 3/4 , soybean oil 4 tablespoons , turmeric powder 1 teaspoon , ginger paste 2 teaspoons , dried chilli powder 1 teaspoon , 2 teaspoons of cumin powder, 2 teaspoons of garlic paste, 2 tablespoons of ghee. Preparation: First boil the pulses with a little turmeric and salt. (Add hot water to the dal) In a pan, add garlic paste , ginger paste , dried chilli powder , turmeric powder and oil. When it is cooked, cover it with stalks and a little water. Then cover with pulses and cook for 8-10 minutes. Heat ghee in another pan and mix it with panchforan and take it down with the mixture of pulses, green chillies and cumin powder.
