Ingredients: 2 pieces of glass (medium) , 2 pieces of fried hilsa fish (without thorns) , 2 pieces of fried dried chilli, 2 pieces of green chilli powder , 1 table-spoon of onion powder , 2 teaspoons of mustard oil , salt to taste. Method: Boil glassware in deep water. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Butter the hilsa fish , onion , green chillies , salt and oil together. When it is smeared, mix it well with glass and serve hot.
