Ingredients: 1 cup sweet pumpkin , 1 cup eggplant , 1 cup potato , half cup tomato, half cup carrot . Wash all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. 2 tablespoons of coconut paste , half a teaspoon of garlic paste , half a teaspoon of adabata , half a teaspoon of turmeric powder , 5-6 whole green chillies , 2 slices of raw chilli , mustard oil as required , salt to taste , 1 table-spoon of ghee. To make chapar you need: 1 cup of lentil dalbata, half a teaspoon of ginger , half a teaspoon of garlic, 1 crushed green chilli powder , a little turmeric powder , salt to taste. Put all the ingredients together and fry in a frying pan with a little oil. Method: In a frying pan, grate 2 tablespoons oil with ginger , garlic , coconut paste , turmeric powder , salt , green chillies and a little water. Once the spices are extracted, add the vegetables once and cover with 1 cup of water. When the vegetables are boiled, they can be cut into pieces, shaken well through the vegetables, lowered with raw chillies and served with hot rice with ghee.
