: Ingredients: 500 gms of Rupchanda fish, 1 cup of crushed onion , half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of raw chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder , 4 tablespoons of coriander powder, half a teaspoon of cumin powder , flour Half a cup , half a teaspoon of ginger paste , 3 tablespoons of oil, half a teaspoon of garlic paste , salt as required , 2 eggs. Method: Cut the fish, wash it and boil it with lemon juice and salt. Heat oil in a pan and add turmeric , chilli , ginger , garlic and half a cup of water. If it is well cooked, 2 eggs should be broken and stirred. Stir with fish. After a while, add onion and chilli powder. When onion is boiled, stir in cumin powder and coriander leaves. Stir in the flour at the end and mix well. After cooling, it should be crushed by hand and make cutlets of desired size, dip in eggs and add toast powder. Now cut the stains on the cutlet and fry it in deep oil and serve hot. This cutlet can be made with any fish.
