Ingredients: 8 fish , 1 teaspoon of mustard paste, 2 tablespoons of onion paste. 1 teaspoon cumin paste, 4 tablespoons pineapple juice , 2 tablespoons mustard oil , half a teaspoon green chilli paste , salt to taste , a little turmeric. How to make 1. Wash the fish and apply salt and turmeric. 2. When the oil is hot in the pan, lightly fry the fish. 3. Pick up the fish, shake the onion paste in oil for a while and add all the other paste to the spices. 4. Add fish , salt and turmeric with a little water. When the fish is cooked, add pineapple juice. 5. Leave it on low heat for a while and serve with rice.
