: Ingredients: 1 cup mugdal , 100 gms karla , 1 teaspoon turmeric powder , half a teaspoon chilli powder , 2 tablespoons onion paste , 1 teaspoon ginger paste , half teaspoon garlic paste , 5-6 green chillies , salt to taste , Like the amount of oil. Preparation: Wash and fry the mugdal. Cut karla into rounds and lightly fry in oil with turmeric powder , chilli powder and salt. Heat oil in a pan, stir in onion paste , ginger paste , garlic paste, add all the spices one by one and cook for a while with pulses. Cover with hot water.
